Physical Activity & Calming Techniques

Physical activity options as well as meditation classes are offered throughout the week so women can access regular exercise and practice calming techniques with other women for company and support.

As numbers are limited bookings are essential for all group programs.

 

Drumming For Fun Group

Have fun Learning how to drum while making new friends. No knowledge of music needed. Just bring yourself along. All drums and equipment supplied. Lessons are in African Djembe, Argentina Bombo and a variety of hand percussion.
